         Hello! A little about my background, what has molded me, and "why health?"... Born and Raised, in the Texas Hill Country of Llano County, health, music, and travel are my three passions in life aside from my family and Jesus. I am a wife and a mother of a precious seven year old with a another little one on the way!  I graduated from Belmont University with a Bachelor of Music in Commercial Performance, and Athletic Training degree. I was lucky enough to intern for a year as an assistant Athletic Trainer for Belmont University's D1 Men's Soccer Team, then was voted on by Belmont staff and invited as a to be a host city assistant Athletic Trainer for the Women's Final 4 tournament in Nashville, TN with Belmont University in 2014. Over the years I have earned various group and personal training certifications and taught classroom and fitness classes across the country. In 2016 I studied Ayurvedic based yogic lifestyle, nutrition and yoga instruction and received my registered 200 hour yoga teacher certificate from Yoga Alliance. In 2017 I opened my very first natural wellness spa and fitness center in the Texas Hill Country which sold in 2018. I was still on fire for health and wellness as well as helping others and in 2019, I got my Nationally Certified EMT license, where I practiced in Las Vegas, Nevada. During our time in Las Vegas I was blessed to intern as a Tactical Athlete Coach for graduate school. Recently this year 2020, our family has moved back to the Texas Hill Country and I have graduated with my Master’s degree in Health and Kinesiology for Exercise Science from Hardin-Simmons University. 

        Over the past decade I have worked specializing in nutrition as well as stress, weight and pain management through enhancing health, beauty and wellness naturally, Ayurvedic based yogic lifestyle coaching, designing custom wellness plans, naturally reaching aesthetic goals with fitness, and yoga instruction. I have over 8 years of experience across the country in the Beauty, Spa and Fitness industry as well as in Public Speaking and community health education. I am lucky enough to have worked with nutrition planning, self-image and personal training for adults, seniors, athletes, and pageant contestants, as well as yogic based relaxation, self-confidence, and stress management coaching. Needless to say, health and helping others is in my blood.

       All these experiences have molded me and my personal passion for health and helping others live a happier, healthier life style through diet, appearance, and self exploration. Now, I am able to help others with quality of life and peace of mind, through helping them finding the right health & wellness program for themselves, and those around them, for their needs, budget and lifestyle.  

      Outside of helping others, in my free time, I still enjoy performing music at open mics and private parties, travel with my family, and the outdoors. We enjoy camping and visiting National Parks, Mountain Biking taking the boat out on LBJ and family BBQs (after all we are Texans). Fitness and Healthy living is a daily part of our family routine, mind, body and spirit.  My goal is for personal, life long, self-growth  and to help encourage and guide others based on their personal life goals.
